When a young man in the military, my heart stopped. Just briefly, but it stopped.
Alarmed, I went to the medic who made me run in place. It worked.
Sometimes, it still stops.
A few deep breaths gets it going again.
In time, I've learned that a few deep breaths helps a lot of situations.
