Orangs are now supposed to be the most intelligent of the great apes, which would lead me to believe they might prefer something more sophisticated that your standard Hooters type pictured here.
Seems to me she has a nice handful and is enjoying herself. The "man of the forest" is just doing as he's been trained to do...make the old lady happy.
