What would Thanksgiving be without family and friends? Home invaded by grandkids, 11:38 AM, Thanksgiving day. They immediately set up shop in the study and opened a restaurant. |
First note indicator of what they found in the study. After a day or so, the rules were posted. Too bad no one paid any attention to them. |
Black Friday ramble downtown. A little time away from noise and confusion with just my camera for company. |
You can always tell when the Jaguars' new billionaire owner is in town. Rich boys toys. |
All in all, a pretty darned good holiday. Ate too much, drank too much, ran my mouth too much. It's now dusk on Sunday afternoon with just me, the dogs, a martini and a cigar. Life is good.
Isn't it wonderful when little people invade your house? Isn't it wonderful when they leave?
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a good Thanksgiving!
I'm glad you got out and got some shots. I didn't take one photo all weekend, and only went out to walk to the Toucan and back (with a few hours between the there and back).
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a fabulous Thanksgiving. Our grands like to play restaurant, too. (I wonder why that is?) Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to similar sweet exhaustion the day after Christmas.
ReplyDeleteNice pics Mr. C! For a moment I thought you were writing from the poop deck on your yacht. Yours must be on the other side of the harbor. Right?
ReplyDeleteMine is pretty much deck poop.
DeleteSounds like you had a good Thanksgiving – and a pretty day too.
ReplyDeleteI got out for a walk/run Black Friday, too - it helps to have some time to clear your head!
